The BMW 318i Cabriolet (E30) is one of the most beloved open BMW models from the late 1980s and early 1990s. With its timeless design, rear-wheel drive and manual gearbox, this E30 Cabriolet offers a pure and analogue driving experience that is becoming increasingly rare today.

This example was first registered on 13/03/1991 and remains in older original condition. The car presents correctly, with visible signs of use that are consistent with its age and character. The original Lagunengrün Metallic paint gives this cabriolet an elegant and timeless appearance, perfectly matching the classic character of the model.

Under the bonnet sits the 1,796 cc four-cylinder engine from the BMW 318is. Known as the M42, this high-revving 16-valve engine with double overhead camshafts (DOHC) is well regarded within the E30 range for its sporty character and lively power delivery. Compared to the standard 318i engine, the 318is unit provides a more dynamic driving experience and a more pronounced BMW sporting feel, while maintaining the balance and composure of the chassis.

The owner would like to emphasize that the engine has covered only 7,000 km since its overhaul (new seals, etc.).
